What time will you pick me up?
Your pickup time is confirmed after booking, working backwards from your tour departure time to allow comfortable travel. Early-morning pickups are common for dolphin and sunrise cruises.
What happens if the boat runs late?
For return transfers, your driver waits or returns based on the boat’s actual arrival. Our team stays in contact with the operator to manage late-running boats.
Do I need to show a tour voucher?
You should have your tour confirmation or voucher ready, both for the boat and as a reference for your driver. Details are shared in your confirmation email.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes — let us know when you request the transfer and we will confirm child-seat availability with the supplier.
