Terms of Service

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team by email or WhatsApp. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour and group size.

Please review all tour details — dates, times, and pickup locations — at the moment of confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors.

All prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. Prices may vary based on season, group size, and selected options.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or in cash on the day. Additional charges apply for special requests such as private charters or custom menus.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are fully refundable. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before departure are subject to a 50% charge.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows, are non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule your tour to the next available date or offer a full refund.

All tours operate subject to weather and sea conditions. Our captains reserve the right to alter routes, change meeting points, or cancel departures for safety reasons.

Life jackets are provided on all boats, and our crew is trained in first aid and emergency procedures. Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility requirements before boarding.

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup point on time. We are not liable for missed departures caused by late arrivals.

Please follow the instructions of our crew at all times, respect marine wildlife, and avoid actions that could endanger yourself, other guests, or the environment.

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in water-based activities carries inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the value of the tour booked, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board. Please keep valuables secure and dry.

Our crew may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of your tour.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from bookings will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
