Cancellation & Weather Policy

Clear and fair terms for cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and weather decisions — so you always know where you stand.

Weather and sea-condition decisions are always made by the boat operator, the skipper or the relevant maritime authority — not by the customer based only on a general weather forecast.

1Customer Cancellation

  • Standard shared cruises and tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund. See "Late cancellation" below.

2Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are generally non-refundable, as seats and crew will already have been reserved.
  • Where the operator is able to resell your seat, a partial refund may be offered at the supplier’s discretion.

3No-Show

  • If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point or pickup location without prior notice, this is treated as a no-show and no refund is due.

4Supplier Cancellation

  • If a supplier cancels a confirmed tour for operational reasons (for example, a mechanical issue or a minimum-number requirement not being met), you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.

5Weather Cancellation & Unsafe Sea Conditions

  • Weather and sea-condition decisions are made solely by the boat operator, skipper or the relevant maritime authority — never by the customer based on a general weather forecast.
  • If the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered a reschedule to the next available date or a full refund.
  • A rainy or overcast day does not automatically cancel a cruise. Only the skipper or operator decides whether conditions are safe to sail.

6Rescheduling

  • Where possible, we will reschedule your booking to another available date at no extra charge.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and to the same pricing conditions as your original booking.

7Refund Eligibility & Processing Times

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider and can take several business days. Management approval required: exact processing timeframes to be confirmed.

8Non-Refundable Private Charters

  • Private catamaran charters may carry different, stricter cancellation terms because the whole vessel and crew are reserved exclusively for you.
  • Management approval required: the specific non-refundable terms for each private charter must be confirmed and stated on that product’s page before checkout.

9Hotel-Transfer Cancellation

  • If you cancel a transfer as part of a cancelled tour, the transfer is cancelled alongside it under the same terms.
  • For standalone transfer cancellations, please refer to the specific terms quoted on your transfer confirmation.

10Booking Amendments

  • Date, passenger-count and pickup changes are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.
  • Amendments are free of charge where they do not change the nature of the booking; otherwise additional costs may apply.

11Supplier-Specific Conditions

  • Individual tours may have their own specific terms (for example, around dolphin sightings, water-sports availability or minimum participant numbers).
  • These are stated on the relevant tour page and in your booking confirmation, and take precedence over this general policy where they are more specific.

This policy is a general guide. The specific terms for your booking are stated on the relevant tour page and in your confirmation email, and take precedence where more specific. Sections marked “Management approval required” are pending final confirmation and will be updated before they are relied upon.
