Answers to the questions we hear most about booking cruises and transfers in Mauritius.
Choose a tour, fill in the booking form with your date and party size, and submit. Our reservations team checks live availability with the operator and confirms your booking by email — usually within 24 hours.
For most shared tours you can reserve first and pay once availability is confirmed. A secure payment link is only issued after your booking is confirmed.
Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Contact us on WhatsApp for the fastest answer.
Prices are shown in Euro (EUR). You can also pay by bank transfer or card via a secure link. Our team can quote in other currencies on request.
No. The price shown is what you pay for the tour. Optional extras — like hotel transfers — are shown separately and clearly before you confirm.
A shared cruise joins other guests on a set itinerary at a per-person price. A private charter reserves the whole boat for your group, with a flexible itinerary and per-boat pricing.
Shared catamarans typically carry around 20 to 34 guests depending on the vessel, but they are spacious enough to feel comfortable.
Yes. Catamarans are stable and family-friendly, and life jackets are provided in all sizes. Many tours offer a discounted child rate, and infants under 3 are usually free.
Most full-day cruises include a freshly prepared BBQ lunch — grilled fish, chicken, salads and bread — with tropical fruit for dessert. Check each tour page for its exact menu.
Yes, in most cases. Please advise any dietary requirements or allergies when you book so the crew can prepare suitable options.

The price depends on your pickup hotel, destination, distance, vehicle type and passenger numbers — so it is quoted per booking rather than a fixed nationwide rate.
Yes, we arrange private airport transfers between Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport and hotels, villas and cruise departure points across the island.
We monitor your flight where possible. Delays are handled case-by-case — please confirm with us whether your transfer includes extended waiting time.
Each tour departs from a specific jetty (for example, Grand Baie in the north or Pointe Jerome in the south-east). The exact meeting point and time are confirmed on your booking.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure to check in with the skipper and crew.
The boat operator or skipper decides whether conditions are safe to sail. If a cruise is cancelled for safety, you are offered a reschedule or a full refund.
Not necessarily. Light or passing rain does not usually cancel a cruise — only the skipper or operator decides if conditions are unsafe.
Most shared tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. See our cancellation and weather policy page for full details.
Swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a sun hat and a camera. Snorkelling gear is often provided, but check your specific tour as some ask you to bring your own.
Access varies by vessel and jetty. Please tell us about any mobility needs when booking so we can advise on the most suitable option.
