You meet at the public beach behind Sunset Boulevard in Grand Baie at 16:45 and set sail at 17:15. As the catamaran eases out of the bay, the crew welcomes you with drinks, and a full dinner is served on board while the coastline — the resorts, the palms, the distant mountains — slips by in the warm evening air.
The highlight is the sunset itself. From the north coast, the sky often deepens through amber and coral into violet, and the ocean catches every shade. The catamaran holds position so you can watch the full show, camera or not, with a live DJ and dancing to keep the evening going.
